I am a French-American lawyer, born and raised in Paris. After spending 16 years in New York, where I graduated from college, law school, and worked as in-house counsel, I decided to return home to Paris in 2002.

Planning to buy an apartment in Paris from abroad turned out to be a major challenge. At the time, I had no trusted contact in Paris to guide me through the French property buying process.

What was meant to be one of the most exciting moments of my life quickly became frustrating and overwhelming.
